ACTION! Now is the time to help

Annual Giving

Once a year, Channing Hall runs an Annual Giving campaign to raise funds to help pay for many of our fantastic programs not covered through our standard funding.

We promise that we will not require you to go door to door and sell magazines, cookie dough, or wrapping paper. We will not insist that you wave down cars on a street corner for a car wash or bake dozens of cookies for a baked food sale. We only ask that you team up with us in supporting your children and community during this week of giving. Your donation helps fund additional technology, our fantastic paraprofessionals, professional developments well as our STEM and science enrichment program. Our goal is $55,000 which is $250 per family or $25 per month (September to July).

Annual Giving

Goals

STEM and Science Enrichment

Donations help to pay for hands-on learning to each classroom as well as our ThinkLab in the Primary Years Program. Funds also help pay for Science Fair participation in the Middle Years Program.

Paraprofessionals

Channing has 20 aides who work one-on-one with students and provide support to classroom teachers. The aides are a beloved part of our community. About half of the money raised will go to help pay for the aides program.

Professional Development

Help to fund continuing education for teachers. Our teachers learn new teaching strategies and methods as well as training for teachers in reading, math and science standards. This ensures teachers are up to date on the latest information that will improve student outcomes.

Current Technology

Technology changes rapidly and so do the needs of our students and teachers. Annual giving helps make sure that we are using current and innovative technology whether it be for learning, teaching or saftey.

Channing Hall is also happy to customize individual company sponsorships for donations of $1,000 and above. We will work with you to provide recognition and naming rights for a specific program or tangible gift that is meaningful to you.
